Before you even have a chance to learn more about strategic decision making, let me ask you something real:

Have you ever sat in a meeting where big decisions were made but nobody could clearly explain where the numbers came from? Or spent hours pulling together reports only to watch those insights get ignored? If you’re nodding yes, you’re definitely not alone.

In Kenya, research shows that SMEs using data to forecast demand perform significantly better with data-driven forecasting explaining over 70% of business performance improvements (Research Bridge Publisher, 2024). Despite this fact, many professionals still rely on gut feelings and guesswork to make decisions not because they want to, but simply because no one has helped them build those critical data skills.

That’s exactly why this 8-week course was created. It exists to give you the practical, hands-on skills on how to use data confidently so that you can make decisions faster, smarter and with real impact.

1. Who can enroll for this course?
Anyone with basic computer skills and strong interest in data-driven decision making. You could be a business owner, manager, analyst, NGO officer, government staff or a recent graduate.
2. Do I need coding experience?
